Holocaust Studies Program

The Gratz Holocaust Studies Program places particular emphasis on teaching the Jewish historical and cultural context of the Nazi destruction of six million Jews during World War II. The program is designed for students and educators, as well as clergy, community religious and lay leaders, seminarians, those involved in interfaith dialogue, and members of religious and secular communal organizations.

The program teaches students

The program also teaches educators to develop age-appropriate approaches for teaching the Holocaust in the classroom.

The program offers a Certificate in Holocaust Studies granted upon completion of 18 credits (six courses) which may be taken on-campus or online.
